The 34th INTA Annual Congress entitled "Reinvent your urban region: smart urban infrastructure and services for cohesive development" will take place in the City of Donostia-San Sebastian in Gipuzkoa, Basque Country, Spain from 24-28 October 2010. In times of deepening crisis, the programme will focus on the drivers for changes such as intelligent infrastructure, new pattern of economic spaces, innovation in the provision of urban services and leadership in developing complex and multi levels territories such as urban regions.
INTA’s Annual Congress offers urban practitioners access to an exceptional international platform to share experiences and management tools when dealing with urban challenges and turning current constraints into development opportunities. The dynamic Congress format (Plenary, Creative urban workshops, Master classes, Technical visits), coached by internationally appraised practitioners, will present performing solutions for different urban situations while helping to sharpen development and urban management skills.
